O R D E R
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the contemnor/first respondent viz., Mrs.Chitra Ramdas Iyar is present before this Court and she submitted that the order of this Court dated 02.08.2022 has been duly complied with.
2.The contempt petition has been filed in violation of the interim order passed by this Court 13.07.2022 in O.A.No.374 of 2022 in C.S.No.120 of 2022, wherein, the 1st respondent and others have been restrained from in any manner interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the car parking as set out in the schedule of the original application. According to the petitioners/plaintiffs, the respondents have been parking the cars despite the interim order passed by this Court.
3.However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that since it was brought to the notice of this Court that T5 has not been allotted to the petitioners/plaintiffs and it is a common area, this Court vide order, dated 02.08.2022 has modified the interim order dated 13.07.2022 and directed the petitioners/plaintiffs as well as respondents/contemnors not to park their cars at car parking no.T5 until further orders. 4.The first respondent/contemnor, who is present before this Court, has submitted that she has been complying with the order passed by this Court dated 02.08.2022 and undertakes to comply the same until final disposal of the suit.
5.While recording the above undertaking of the respondent, this Court feels it appropriate that no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 31.10.2022 dn
