(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5863 of 2020 dated 16.09.2020, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2020.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2020 and to execute sureties, from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on which the order copy made ready.
