PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 1st respondent herein not to harass and not to threaten (or) coerce the petitioner in any manner to settle the amount to Pannerselvam and his wife Rukmani based upon the complaint of the Rukmani, the 2nd respondent.

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass and not to threaten (or) coerce the petitioner based upon the complaint of the Rukmani.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by one Rukmani, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.326 of 2015 and the same was closed on 19.04.2016. Hence, the petitioner is not required for further enquiry.
