ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time for the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.9598 of 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted for the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court as directed by this Court vide order 17.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9598 of 2026 and no further extension of time will be granted.
4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the order, dated 22.05.2026 passed in the amendment application in Crl.M.P.No.8863 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9598 of 2026, directing to amend the satisfaction Court as 'Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur' instead of Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur, the same has not been amended.
5. In view of the same, Registry is directed to rectify the above error by amending the satisfaction Court as 'Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur' instead of Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur wherever required and issue fresh order copy.
