ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to forthwith permit the Petitioner to rejoin duty in terms of the clause No.33 of Eighth Bipartite Settlement dated 02.06.2005 with all monetary and attendant benefits.

2.When the matter was taken up on 01.12.2023, there was no representation for the Petitioner, therefore, the matter was adjourned to 04.12.2023. Again when the matter was taken up on 05.12.2023, there was no representation for the Petitioner, therefore, the matter was again adjourned to 07.12.2023.

3.Even when the matter is taken up for hearing today (07.12.2023), no one represented on behalf of the Petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
