This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail arrest in pending investigation in connection with the Cr.No.72 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Villianur Police Station, Puducherry. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that this case is now transferred to National Investigating Agency, Puducherry, and investigation is continued by them. 3.In such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition showing National Investigating agency as respondent.
