O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking action for contempt for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7186 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner submitted that subsequent filing of this contempt petition, the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.7186 of 2022 had passed away and further, the petitioner has also withdrawn the quash petition on 16.08.2022.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2022 is still pending and also submitted that the respondent herein has also died on 09.03.2023.

4. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
