ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 05.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1388 of 2018.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as directed by this Court, the first respondent has surveyed and demarcated the subject property on 01.10.2022. Therefore, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent surveyed and demarcated the subject property, they have not furnished any survey report.
4. On perusal of the order revealed that this Court directed the first respondent to survey and demarcate the subject property. Though the first respondent has duly complied with the order passed by this Court, she did not furnish any survey report. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to serve the copy of the survey report to the 2/4
petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
