This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14029 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14029 of 2025 on 08.05.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) as non-refundable to the credit of Ray of Light Foundation, HDFC Bank, Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai. He would further submit that the petitioner is a coolie, he was unable to mobilize the fund. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above said condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the condition in Para 6(a) "that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as non-refundable to the credit of the Ray of Light Foundation, HDFC Bank, Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai. The other conditions shall remain intact.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 16.07.2025 drl 2/4
