Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction or Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue the survey report of the survey dated 21.06.2018 made in the petitioner's land located in Survey No.275/1, Madvilagam Village, Uthukkottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District, within stipulated time.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner has applied for surveying the boundaries of Survey No.275/1 of Madavilagam Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District. The boundaries of the survey number were measured and demarcated by the Firka Surveyor, Kannigaipair Firka of Uthukkottai Taluk on 21.06.2018. The petitioner has also acknowledged the survey done by the Firka Surveyor on 21.06.2018 in her letter addressed to the 3rd respondent on 21.06.2018. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with a prayer directing the respondents to issue survey report and notice has also been issued to the parties to that effect. In this connection, the petitioner has informed about the Survey No.

275/1, Madavilagam Village, along with F.M.B. Sketch in the endorsement issued by the third respondent in Rc.No.767/2019/B1, dated 23.09.2019. Further, the certificate for having surveyed the land in issue on 21.06.2018 has also been issued by the third respondent in Rc.No.767/2019/B1, dated 25.09.2019. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
