Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus to call for the records regarding the allotment of seats by the 2nd respondent impugned order dated 10.06.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to follow the rule of reservation and allotted a seat under open competition (O.C.)
