ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15790 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15790 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020. is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
