ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition (i.e.) 7(b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12220 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
