O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to conduct police auction scheduled to be held on 26.05.2018 under Section 69 of Transfer of Property Act, 1882 as per the direction of this Court made in O.A.No.907 of 2014 in C.S.No.730 of 2014 dated 09.01.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2018.

2. Today, Mr.E.Jaganathan, Inspector of Police, K-1 Sembiam Police Station, Chennai, is present before this Court.

3. This Court directs the respondent police to provide sufficient police protection to the auctioner/Advocate Commissioner for auctioning the property. If any disturbance or interference is caused by anyone, including the Advocates, for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preventing the auction, the police shall take firm steps, which shall include arresting and remanding them to custody. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pulianthope, is directed to make available sufficient strength of police to the Inspector of Police, Sembium Police Station, for giving protection for conducting auction, pursuant to the directions of this Court in O.A.No.907 of 2014 in C.S.No.730 of 2014.
