2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1050 of 2024, dated 12.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
