The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.107 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.107 of 2011, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet on 19.12.2016.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.107 of 2011, nothing survives for adjudication in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
