Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to treat all the petitioners as junior Assistants in the Second Respondent Corporation from the date of their original appointment from and give fitment, additional increment and all monetary and consequential benefits on that basis.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to treat the petitioners in the 2nd respondent Corporation from the date of their original appointment and give fitment, additional increment and all monetary and consequential benefits.
2.In respect of the relief sought for in this writ petition, it is necessary that the respondents should verify the service records of the respective writ petitioners and consider the case independently in accordance with the rules in force. In this regard, the writ petitioners have submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 19.02.2009 and on 19.03.2009 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the writ petition along with the orders passed in this writ petition.
