COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed directing the respondents to assign patta for the respective house sites, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.34 Revenue LD1(2) Department dated 23.01.2008.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners made representations on 26.03.2014 to grant patta in their names, but no order has been passed, hence they filed the present writ petitions.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the aforesaid issue would be considered by the respondents, if not considered earlier, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, these writ petitions stand disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider the respective representations of the petitioners, if not considered earlier, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
