PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to Na.Ka.No.14938/F2/2020, dated 10.08.2020 along with the all consequent acts done by the 3rd respondent as the Secretary of the St.Judes College run by the Latin Catholic Fishermen Education Society and quash the same and consequently forbear the 2nd respondent from in any way recognising any person as the secretary of the St.Judes College run by the Latin Catholic Fishermen Education Society unless elected by the General Body of the Petitioner Society with approved form VI under the Tamil Nadu Societies' Registration Act, 1956 and Form VI under the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges Regulation Act, 1976 and its Rules.
