2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14404 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for investigation is relaxed.
