Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action and remove the encroachments made by the respondents 4 to 7 in S.Nos.251 and 284 situated at Nariyanahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2020.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.D.AUDIKESAVALU, J.) Mr.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and informs that the competent authority to deal with the representation made by the petitioner is the Joint Director, Animal Husbandry, Dharmapuri District.

2. In view of the same, the petitioner shall carry a representation to the Joint Commissioner, Animal Husbandry, Dharmapuri District, within a period of two weeks from date and the said authority on receipt of the representation shall deal with the same on merits and in accordance with law, and after following the prescribed procedure and hearing the parties concerned, shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the decision taken to all parties concerned, under acknowledgment, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. No view is expressed herein as regards the merits of or tenability of the petitioner's representation.

3. W.P.No.20170 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
