O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner Mr.E.S.Perumal passed away. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 5th respondent further contended that the legal heirs of the writ petitioner filed the writ petition in WP.No.15095 of 2018 in respect of the same property.

2. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed an order dated 22.06.2018 granting the order of interim stay. The same interim order had already expired. In view of the fact that, the legal heirs of the writ petitioner have already filed writ petition which is pending before this Court. No further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
