O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to regularize the services of the petitioner on completion of three years of service in the light of the judgment passed by the High Court in Writ Appeal No.47/2010 dated 23.06.2010.
2. With reference to the claim of the petitioner for retrospective regularisation of service on completion of three years of service, the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court has granted relief in Review Application No.223 of 2015 dated 30.05.2017. However, the said judgment of the Full Bench was taken, by way of an appeal, by the Corporation in SLP (C) No.21935 of 2017 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India granted stay of the judgment. Thus, the relief as such sought for, at present, cannot be considered. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities after the disposal of the appeal, which is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. It is needless to state that the petitioner as well as the respondents are at liberty to act based on the orders to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the said appeal.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
