.. Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce the petitioner's missing son namely B.Mohan Babu aged about 35 years before this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's son, namely, B.Mohan Babu, aged about 35, had gone missing, he had given a complaint on 29.02.2024 before the second respondent police. Since the petitioner's son could not be traced within a reasonable time, he has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 29.02.2024 and the petitioner was issued with C.S.R.No.167 of 2024.
3. Since the second respondent is yet to take the complaint on file, we deem it fit that the second respondent could be directed to expedite the
complaint in CSR.No.167 of 2024.
4. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to expedite the complaint in C.S.R.No.167 of 2024 and take a final call as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
