9.T.V.Karthik Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the panel issued by the 3rd respondent for promotion to the post of Headmaster of Elementary School for the year 2014-15 in his proceedings No.Nil dated Nil drawn as on 1.1.2014 in Thali Panchayat Union and quash the same, in so far as inclusion of the respondents 4 to 9 is concerned and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to draw panel according to the rank assigned by the Teachers Recruitment Board and give promotion to the petitioner as Headmaster of Elementary School from the date on which his junior came to be promoted and confer all consequential benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives further for adjudication and she has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
