ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to forbear the respondents from proceeding with the further installation of angles and drawing the electric line crossing the petitioners land S.No.139, Manambathy Village, Chengelpet Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, there is no appearance for the Petitioner. The learned Standing counsel appearing for Respondents 1 and 2 submits that the Respondent Board has removed the Electric Line and Tower from the Petitioner's land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
