By order dated 22.11.2021 in A.No.3675 of 2021, the plaintiff was directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as costs to the defendant. By A.No.3038 of 2022, the applicant seeks condonation of the delay of 53 days in payment of costs. Costs were paid in compliance with the order albeit belatedly. The defendant has no objection to this application being allowed. A.No.3038of 2022 is allowed.

2. By A.No.3037 of 2022, the applicant / plaintiff seeks an extension of time to present the plaint in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.14 of 2021 before the jurisdictional Court. Learned counsel for the applicant states that this application has been filed so as to meet any objections in this regard by the receiving Court since no time limit was fixed in the order dated 22.11.2021. The defendant has no objection to this application being allowed. Upon considering the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of this application, A.No.3037 of 2022 is allowed by granting four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to re-present the plaint before the jurisdictional Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
