The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent, their men or any one claiming under them not to erecting any electricity post in petitioner property or taking any electricity line through his property measuring an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 1320 sq. ft. situated on the north west corner of the land comprised in Survey No.70, New Survey No.70/3, Sarkar Samakulam Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent/2nd respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the electrical pole was erected and electricity connection was given to the petitioner. The petitioner is using the electricity connection for many years. 3.The contesting respondent/2nd respondent filed a civil suit and the said civil suit was also dismissed by the competent civil Court. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
