ORDER
When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition has been filed when the Tribunal has no Coram. He would further submit that now the Tribunal is functioning with proper Coram therefore, he seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Waqf Tribunal. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect in the case bundle: "Since the Wakf Tribunal had entertained the petitioner's Application and petition in I.A.No.235 of 2026 in O.A.No.58 of 2026 and hence, this Hon'ble Court may permit the petitioner to work out the remedy and raised all the contention before the Wakf Tribunal and permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition."
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Waqf Tribunal.
