A.No.3362 of 2022 in C.S.No.389 of 2011 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The plaintiff has presented this application seeking amendments in the judgment and decree dated 20.10.2021 in C.S.No.389 of 2011.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the judgment and decree contains a common clerical or typographical error in about three places whereby the share holding of the plaintiff in the first defendant company is mentioned as 90,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each instead of 9,00,000 equity shares. By this application, the said error is sought to be rectified.

3. Learned counsel for the defendants is present.

4. Since the error is evidently a typographical or clerical error, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
