ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to settle the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner and to pay the pension and arrears of the monthly pension to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition the petitioner was paid the terminal benefits and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
