(CRIME NO.7/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 13560 of 2021 dated 12.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.BHARATHI RAJA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13560 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 of IPC r/w. 5(1) r/w.6, 16, 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.07 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
