This Criminal Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 11.03.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.778 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.02 of 2024, on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Coimbatore District, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner seeking discharge.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the charges have already been framed against the appellant.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that the question of discharge does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Case stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
