ORDER

When the case was taken up for hearing on 04.02.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 06.02.2025.

2. Today i.e., on 06.02.2025, when the case was called in the Forenoon, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel. Hence, this case was passed over to give the benefit of appearance.

3. When the case was called in the Afternoon immediately after the Court assembled, there is no representation for the petitioner. Again at 4.35 p.m., when the case was called also, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel.

4. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. 06.02.2025 arb 2/4
