The present application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.1,64,750/- as professional fee towards site inspection, service charge and preparation of valuation report etc., of the properties being vacant lands admeasuring 25.44 acres at Chowkanthangal Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, to the said valuer Er.Anbarasan.

2. In the report of the Official Assignee, it has been stated that S.Arjunlal Sunderdas was adjudicated as insolvent on a creditor's petition by one Chitra Desai, by the order of this Court dated 21.04.2014 in I.P.No.25 of 2014.

3. The Official Assignee, had filed the application before this Court seeking for the following relief:-

"to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.1,64,750/- (Rupees one lakh sixty four thousand seven hundred and fifty only) as professional fee towards site inspection, service charge and preparation of valuation report etc., of the properties being vacant lands admeasuring 25.44 acres at Chowkanthangal Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, to the said valuer Er.Anbarasan. "

4. The said Valuer Er.P.Anbarasan has claimed a sum of Rs.1,64,750/- for having valued the aforementioned property. Hence, the present application has been filed for the relief stated supra.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Application is allowed as prayed for, by permitting the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.1,64,750/- for having valued the aforementioned property to the Valuer Er.P.Anbarasan.
