The present criminal original petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioners to prosecute the above criminal appeals before this Court against the judgment dated 22.03.2024 made in S.T.C.Nos.864, 879, 885 and 887 of 2021 on the file of the XIV Court of Small Causes, Chennai (Special Metropolitan Magistrate).
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed and leave is granted to the petitioners to prosecute the appeals.
