Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to complete the Petitioner's income tax assessment for AY 2006-07 in terms of the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Apeals) - 1, bearing ITA No.593/0809/A-1 (New No.ITA50/CIT(A)-1/2008-09), dated 29.01.2015, and accordingly, grant such refunds as are found due to the Petitioner in accordance with law.
