This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15625 of 2022 dated 06.07.2022.

2. The petitioner was granted bail in crime No.45 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 153, 504 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 u/s.67 of Information Technology Act, 2000 and U/s.92 of Rights of Challenged Persons Act, 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.15625 of 2022 order dated 06.07.2022 with the following conditions: "The petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned".

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has only one blood related surety, the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15625 of 2022 order dated 06.07.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court. The modified conditions are read as follows:

" The petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned".
