Mr.R.S.Maitreya, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the counsel on record has given up vakalat in the year 2022.
2.But when the case is listed for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through their counsel. It appears that the petitioners have not interested to prosecute the case. Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
