Mr.R.S.Maitreya, learned counsel representing Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counsel on record has given up vakalat in the year 2022.

2.But when the case is listed for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. It appears that the petitioner has not interested to prosecute the 2/4

case. Accordingly, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
