Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that already the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police. Therefore,

nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 2.

In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for Govt. of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
