This petition is filed to amend the prayer as it is prayed that this Court may be pleased to clal for the records pertaining to the case in S.C.No.298 of 2022 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chidambaram and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned, instead of quash the charge sheet in PRC.No.05 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Portnovo, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent No.1.
