This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.01 of 2017, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

2. It is seen from records that the petitioner had already approached this Court and filed Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.3433 of 2017 seeking to quash the very same FIR. The said petition was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 19.08.2019. In spite of the same, the second quash petition is filed before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the investigation is almost completed and that the final report will be filed within a period of four weeks.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the earlier quash petition was dismissed and there is absolutely no reason to entertain the second quash petition and also the fact that the investigation has already been completed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the first respondent to file a final report within a period of four weeks before the 2/4

concerned Jurisdictional Court. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.07.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order mp/mkn To
