ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in connection with CSR No.768 of 2024, the respondent police had issued summons to the petitioner on 26.06.2024 to appear before the respondent police on 03.07.2024 for enquiry. However, the petitioner did not appear before the respondents.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. The petitioner herein in spite of summons has failed to appear before the respondent police and seeking protection from harassment, making wild allegations against the police. Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
