Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon`ble court in Crl.M.P.No.14142 of 2019 in C.A.No.663 of 2019 (ie) the petitioners appear before the trial court on first working of every month until further orders dated 01.10.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S E.RAJ THILAK Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the reasons advanced, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, by relaxing the condition already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

imposed, to appear on the first working day of every month by the present petitioners herein. However, the petitioner should prosecute the Criminal Appeal, whenever it is listed before this Court, for hearing.
