This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to permit the petitioner to implead M/s. Info Tech System Integrators Pvt. Ltd, represented by S.K.Subramaniyan, as 2nd respondent in Crl.R.C. No.1131 of 2023 and Crl.M.P. Nos. 8922 and 8925 of 2023.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate, appearing on on behalf of the respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
