The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the entire records of the 3rd respondent in Ka. No.2 MI.Po/Ki & Pe/Neelambur/KO./Aa No. dated 4.8.2014 and quash the same and thereby direct the 3rd respondent to Erect Electricity Lamp post in the land handed over by the petitioner and others by way of gift deed Under document No.11901/2013 dated 13.10.2013 situated in S.F.No.789/4 in Neelambur Village Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, award costs.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that, under ground electricity cables have already been laid and the grievances of the writ petitioner are redressed.
