The learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11445 of 2023 and Respondent in Crl.R.C.No.476 of 2020 submitted that during the pendency of the Crl.R.C, the learned Judge of this Court had referred the subject matter of dispute to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. During the pendency of the Mediation proceedings, the Respondent who is the Complainant before the trial Court died. Therefore, the legal heirs of the Respondent who is the Complainant had filed this petition seeking to implead themselves as necessary parties to the dispute. 2.Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11445 of 2023 and respondent in Cr.R.C.No.476 of 2020 Complainant before the trial Court, this CMP is allowed. 3.Registry is directed to amend the Criminal Revision Case 1/3

memorandum of revision so that the legal heirs of the deceased/Complainant/Respondent will settle the matter amicably. 4.Call on 24.08.2023.
