ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the conditions (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP.no.31511 of 2024 by order dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
