This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorari calling for the records and papers from the files of the first respondent in ID.No.174/2004 and quash the impugned award made therein dated 04.01.2014 insofar as the first respondent has denied petitioner claim for reinstatement, continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits.

Today, this matter has been posted under the caption 'for reporting settlement'.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, the petitioner was paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as full and final settlement by way of demand draft with full satisfaction of the petitioner.
